Welcome to Wildfyre. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wildfyre website and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing or using wildfyreofficial.com, or placing an order through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You may use the Wildfyre website only for lawful purposes.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, actual product appearance, packaging, colour or presentation may vary slightly from images displayed on screen.

Wildfyre reserves the right to:

• Update or correct errors;

• Change product prices;

• Change product availability; or

• Discontinue products.

Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required by applicable law.

3. Product Purchases

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number and payment information where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at checkout is correct.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided by you.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Wildfyre website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, Wildfyre reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Promotional offers, discounts and coupon codes may have additional terms and conditions and may be withdrawn or modified at any time, subject to applicable law.

5. Payments

We accept the payment methods made available at checkout.

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before the order is processed for dispatch.

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹99 advance payment is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining order amount is payable upon delivery.

The ₹99 advance payment forms part of the total order value and is not an additional shipping charge.

Wildfyre does not store complete card or payment credentials on its own systems where payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

6. Order Acceptance

After you place an order, we may contact you to verify the order or delivery details.

Wildfyre reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability;

• Incorrect pricing or product information;

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information;

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;

• Delivery restrictions or courier serviceability issues; or

• Other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Wildfyre as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our standard cancellation process.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is currently free across India for eligible orders.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Wildfyre is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, operational disruptions or other unforeseen events.

9. Returns and Refunds

Perfumes are personal-care products and opened or used fragrances cannot generally be returned or exchanged.

Returns, replacements or refunds are available only in eligible circumstances described in our Return & Refund Policy, including certain cases involving missing, damaged or incorrect products.

You are responsible for following the applicable claim process and timelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property appearing on the Wildfyre website, including:

• Wildfyre name and logo;

• Product names;

• Photographs and videos;

• Graphics and designs;

• Website design and layout;

• Written content;

• Product descriptions;

• Marketing materials; and

• Other original content

is owned by Wildfyre or used with appropriate rights or permissions.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit any Wildfyre intellectual property without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics services, communication platforms and other technology providers.

Your use of such services may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.

Wildfyre is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wildfyre will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including website interruptions, network failures, third-party service failures, courier delays or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
